Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable for purchases made directly through our website.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for consideration.
- Refund and return policies for wedding or event flowers are outlined in the signed contract provided at the time of booking. Please refer to your contract for details.

- Delivery does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or timeframe.
- Cancellation of the order within the specified timeframe prior to delivery.
Refund Process

- Photographic Evidence: Customers must provide clear photographs of any quality issues with the delivered product.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. This timeframe is due to constraints set by our third-party payment vendor, and we are unable to expedite this process.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exclusions from Refund
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Flowers are an organic product, and natural variations in size, color, and appearance are to be expected. As a result, the product cannot be refunded if it does not match marketing images or promotional materials.
- Issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
- Delivery refusal by the recipient.
- Orders that have already been delivered and meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Subscriptions must be canceled at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid charges. Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions that were not canceled within this timeframe.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered in specific circumstances, such as orders that required substitutions for unavailable flowers of equal or greater value.
Cancellation Policy
One-time purchases:
- Orders can be canceled without incurring charges if the cancellation request is received three (3) days before the scheduled delivery.
- Cancellation requests within three (3) days of delivery for non-perishable items may incur a restocking fee.
- Cancellation requests within three (3) days for perishable items, such as fresh flowers, are non-refundable due to preparation and labor costs.
Subscriptions:
- Orders can be canceled without incurring charges if the cancellation request is received three (3) days before the scheduled delivery.
